Interior
The estate's old stable block occupies one of the wings of a closed courtyard. These stables have recently been converted into two exquisite apartments, offering excellent facilities for a relaxing holiday in a quiet environment at the centre of a thriving vineyard. Each apartment has a surface of nearly 125 square meters. The frontdoor opens into a large, shared entrance hall.
A door leads to the apartment's spacious livingroom (40 m2) combining the sitting, dining and kitchen areas - wc.
There is an elegantly and fully equiped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine.
Upstairs you will find one bedroom with three single beds (190 x 90) with its own private bathroom and wc. A further two bedrooms with two single beds share a bathroom and wc.
On the left side of the entrance hall you find another apartment, like the above mentioned but with one bedroom less.
On demand, the beds can change into double beds with adapted linen.
Garden: two terraces - swimming pool (18 x 5 mtr) can be shared with the habitants of the adjoining gξte - Garden furniture.
Setting
Family owned for over 250 years, the Ameillaud vineyard lies 2 km outside the picturesque village of Cairanne. The beautiful surroundings are excellent for walking or cycling and offer splendid opportunities to discover the region.
